Welcome wanderers, travelers, spiritual seekers, believers, doubters, re-builders and the heart-sore...
Take a moment. Notice your breath. It is the source of life flowing in and out of your very nostrils right now.
The Divine is with you - right here, in this very moment and you are not alone.
My heart beats to create places of transformation, spaces of safety and curiosity in which you can listen and allow God to tend to your soul.
"We cannot attain the presence of God because we’re already in the presence of God. What’s absent is awareness. Little do we realize that God’s love is maintaining us in existence with every breath we take. As we take another, it means that God is choosing us now and now and now. We have nothing to attain or even learn. We do, however, need to unlearn some things."
- Richard Rohr
"I pray that you would experience the Holy Spirit in ways that surprise you. That you would become acquainted with the wind and the wave, the eagle and the heron, your strength and your weakness. I pray that you would be right at home, right where you are, in this particular body. I pray that you would experience the weirdness of the divine love in ways that leave you disoriented. I pray that you would be caught off guard when God meets your outside of the box you have constructed and yet remains in the places you have vacated. I pray you will bless the box you once needed for God and that you will treat it tenderly even as you leave it behind you".

I am a graduate of the Global Benedictine Spiritual Direction Program through the Benet Hill Monastery. A trauma informed 500hr Registered yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, place maker and a lavish creator of spaces of presence, safety, and soul listening.
For those interested, I am a textbook Enneagram 9, social subtype. As my enneagram number would indicate, I love quiet, calm, and places of peace, and yet I love to be amongst gatherings of beauty and creativity. Hobbies I love are acro, live music and festivals, and a newfound love of Hindustani Classical Singing.
